It all started in 2018 when Tom King decided it was time to take his expertise and personal commitment directly to the people who needed it most. Having worked with top OEMs such as CNC Speedwell, Matchmaker CNC, and GF Machining Solutions, specialising in bespoke 5-axis Mikron machines. Tom saw an opportunity to offer something different: a service where customers weren’t just another job number, but valued partners.
As the company grew, so did the team. More skilled engineers joined to help meet the challenges of an expanding customer base. But one thing has never changed: our commitment to building long-lasting relationships. The same customers who called us in the beginning are still with us today, and we continue to go above and beyond to keep their machines running at peak performance.
Very quickly, it became clear that demand was growing faster than one person could handle. The phone never stopped ringing, and 16-hour days became the norm. That’s when Tom met Ryan, an engineer with a similar background and the same passion for the industry. Ryan joined as a director, and together, they began building a team that could meet the ever-increasing demand without compromising on the personal service they had become known for.
