Before beginning the cleaning process, our technicians perform a complete inspection of your CNC machine and coolant tank. We conduct a full coolant system analysis, extracting samples to test for pH levels, concentration, and microbial contamination. Using industry-standard methods like dip-slide testing and ATP swabbing, we determine whether your coolant can be treated or needs to be replaced.
