Are you insured for machine lifting and transport?
Yes. We work with fully insured lifting and haulage partners and can share certificates before the job. Your site insurance team gets what it needs to approve the works.
Do you provide RAMS and method statements?
Every relocation and install gets a written risk assessment and method statement in advance. Restricted or defence sites get any additional paperwork they need.
Can you handle machines arriving from overseas?
Yes. We collect from the port, transport to your site, uncrate, rig, position, level, connect and commission. One number for the whole thing.
Who does the electrical connection?
We coordinate with a qualified sparks and can supply one where the site doesn't have a preferred contractor. Coolant and air hook-ups are handled by our engineers on the same visit.
How much notice do you need?
For a straightforward move, two weeks. For an overseas install with rigging and commissioning, four to six weeks so we can pre-order any accessories and align schedules. Emergencies get slotted in when we can.
