How do you size an extraction unit?
Machine enclosure volume, coolant chemistry (neat oil vs water-soluble vs MQL), cycle intensity and duty hours. We assess on site rather than guess from a spec sheet, because two identical machines cutting different jobs need different capacities.
Does the coolant type change the unit?
Yes. Neat oil produces oil mist and needs a different filter media to water-soluble coolant, which generates mist plus vapour. Getting this wrong means the unit blocks fast or fails to clear the enclosure.
Do you install and service the units?
Yes, both. Installation is done alongside our engineers so the machine and extraction go back to work together. Filter changes and servicing are booked into our normal service rounds.
Which brands do you fit?
