How often should a CNC machine be serviced?
Most CNC machining centres and lathes want a full service every 6 to 12 months depending on shift pattern, coolant environment and duty cycle. Heavy production or dirty coolant halves the interval. Call us with hours and shifts and we'll recommend a schedule that isn't over-engineered.
What does a CNC service actually include?
Typically: lubrication and way-oil check, coolant condition, axis backlash and geometry check, spindle run-out, filter changes, alarm history review, safety and interlock check, and a written report. Scope is set on the day by the machine, not by a fixed checklist.
Can you service any brand of CNC machine?
Yes. Our engineers service APEC, Hannsa - YLM Group and Baofeng as our own supported brands, plus most Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Heidenhain-controlled machines from other OEMs. If we can't help, we'll tell you before we quote.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes. Fixed-visit contracts with priority breakdown response, and one-off servicing without commitment. Contract customers get first priority when they call in with a breakdown.
